Hey There, I'm Jorden, a certified health & wellness coach, and personal trainer, dedicated to helping people become the best version of themselves, inside and out.
Through my certifications and hands-on experience, I guide clients through sustainable lifestyle changes. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right support system can be. My coaching goes beyond aesthetics; it's about movement, mindset, and long-term well-being.
I specialize in functional movement training and helping clients safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence, especially those with persisting injuries or past surgeries.

I believe wellness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why every coaching experience is personalized, compassionate, and rooted in both science and sustainable habits.
